“Many people from underrepresented backgrounds feel as though we do not belong in political spaces. Patchwork tries to teach young people that you have just as much right as anyone else, and that source of discomfort can be transformed into a source of unique strength.”
As we get closer to the elections on 6 May, it’s time to start looking at what we’re voting for, and who the candidates are. For those based in London, that means learning more about the London Mayoral candidates. All of next week, we’ll be chatting with the different candidates about their vision for the capital and the young people that live there.
