Patchwork Master Class delegates 2017 attended a master class at the FCO with Sir Simon McDonald, Permanent Under Secretary and Head of the Diplomatic Service at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where they learnt lessons about diplomacy and the role of the foreign office.
