At Patchwork Foundation, we believe that talent is everywhere — but opportunity is not. Too often, financial pressures or geographical distance quietly close doors that should be wide open. The Patchwork Access Bursary exists to change that.
Made possible through the extraordinary personal generosity of Sir Simon Fraser GCMG — a founding trustee and now Patron of Patchwork — the bursary is a dedicated, means-tested fund providing real, practical support to programme participants who need it most. Sir Simon personally funds the bursary in full, ensuring that no one who earns their place on a Patchwork programme is prevented from making the most of it.
This year, 21 participants on our Masterclass programme are already benefiting — and that support will soon extend to participants on our Get Involved party conference programme later in the year.
